We popped into this fish bar as we were attending a local concert. Oh my the fish was cooked to perfection and the most amazing batter we have ever tasted, light and fresh. As we were on a day out we were amazed to see...they actually served wine, lager and cider along with a great selection of soft drinks too. I would highly recommend this place and so glad we stopped there. Will definitely be popping in again on our next visit to Plymouth. I would also recommend to the owners that they advertise that they do sell wines/lager/cider too, as I feel this is a plus especially those looking to chill as well as shop amongst other things too. Finally the lady waiting was the most friendly person I think I have ever seen in this line of service, definitely a credit to them and nothing was too much trouble either. Well done to you all.More

Excellent service by friendly, helpful staff. Very good variable menu, with inside, outside sitting and customer toilets. We ordered a small cod and small chips. Small chips, jumbo sausage and curry sauce. Beautifully cooked, with a short wait for preparation. Shown is the small chips, jumbo...sausage and curry sauce.More

Really no idea why this restaurant is so highly rated. Fish was nice enough but overall very average, with disappointing chips, and not a good portion for "large". Walked here especially and wish we hadn't

As visitors to Plymouth and not local, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of this restaurant. Staff were polite, humorous and provided a great, happy atmosphere to dine in. Food prices are reasonable and you get very good portions of food. Chips were stunning...with a classic side of curry sauce or a topping of cheese. Chicken burger and nuggets were cooked beautifully. All rounds such a really nice place to dine in or takeaway depending on your preference. Nice music with comfortable seating. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning. 10/10 for everything.More
