Only had coffee but could have sat here all day. Drinks, cakes and light meals, all looked incredibly appetising and the prices very reasonable. It's a shame they only do evening meals now and then as the atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing. Quirky colourful decor.

Went here most days of our trip here having established it's the best of the local bunch. The coffee is good, takes a while to make because of that, decor is nice and staff are friendly. The cakes/scones are made with healthy ingredients e.g. olive oil, wholewheat flour which isn't for everyone but there are plenty of the other kind... More

Popped in on a recommendation, friendly and comfortable. Lovely cakes and the menu looked really inviting too. Good coffee and choice to tea, a real alternative to the run of the mill tea shops.

Work brings us to this area a couple of times a year, and we always call in here. We do try and use independent cafes when possible and this is the best we have found anywhere by a long chalk. Lovely coffee and cakes, really nice atmosphere and such friendly staff. Well worth a visit and highly recommended (especially the... More

This place is fantastic! Great food, staff and perfect if you have kids as lots to entertain them. The food was so good we took some quiche and pie home for tea that evening ! A must if you are in the area.

Best Latte I've had in yonks. I can't praise this place enough, great coffee, great food, lovely staff, quirky, comfy, homely. The range of drinks is huge! Don't walk past it, go in & find out for yourself.

This was a small café but a very interesting and friendly environment. You could play board games, colour, read or knit while eating and drinking. The cakes were delightful and the white choc mocca divine. Curry nights are on Thursdays but you should book because it is compact and bijous in there. An experience to definitely try.

Great people, Great coffee, Interesting venue - Everything you want from a great coffee shop. Good selection of cakes and they had my favourite - toasted teacakes - heaven. Sit at a table, a sofa or on a bean bag outside on the steps - great idea if you prefer outdoors. Dog friendly too. What's not to like???

Fabulous café with good choice for drinks, cakes, lunch, and lots of options for kids. Books, games - there's entertainment if you want to sit for a while and amuse yourselves when it's wet out. Definitely go there.

We popped in here during our weekend stay as they had a sign for vegan food. Really nice decor and atmosphere and a great choice of handmade vegan food and drinks!
