Rubbish tasteless production line food which was over priced served by ignorant staff. Don't waste your money. Go to a proper Italian restaurant instead rather than a plastic imitation.

I was meeting a friend for lunch at this restaurant which has always been a good value place to eat. I ordered the seafood linguini and it not only looked unappetising but was nothing more than a huge lump of pasta with very few mussels...More

I live in Exeter and have been going to ASK for years, even though I don't like pasta! There are some wonderful dishes on the menu, particularly the starters - the garlic mushrooms and tomato/mozzarella salad are both amazing and excellent value. They also do...More

Why do you take so many bookings when you obviously can't cope with them? No greeting after waiting six minutes, staff whizzing by stating "My manager will be with you shortly." A shame, as the food, when we eventually got some, was very nice. A visit from the Regional Manager is called for here.

The ASK Italian restaurant group boasts an excellent Exeter venue, situated in a stunning period building on the green next to Exeter Cathedral. The ASK Italian restaurant has recently gone through an extensive refurbishment. We've created a restaurant with a distinctive new look inspired by modern Italian design. And with the help of our expert friends, including awarding-winning chef Theo Randall, we've created a menu that features a range of simple, classic Italian food and an all Italian wine list.
