Amazing food. Wonderful and friendly staff. Very attentive. Myself and my colleague went two days in a row as we had such a great experience.

We ate there 2 days on the trot and had the most amazing food and excellent service. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly on both night. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I went to the restaurant on my own on the Tuesday night, service and food were both excellent. The food is so tasty, delivering explosions of flavour and spice. I enjoyed it so much I took 4 colleagues back on the following nice. A couple were sceptical at first when I described the food but they have both now become... More

Good, freshly cooked food with a twist. Staff are friendly and efficient. Meals are served piping hot and there are some interesting choices on the menu. The beer was a little disappointing, coming in large bottles which tended to get warm before you finished them. Price is above the average for, say, Indian food but it is different and worth... We have recently had takeaway from her a couple of times, and every meal has been excellent. Great range of more unusual currys, giving amazing flavours. Lovely naan breads- but be warned, the Bullet Naan, really does have lots of chillies on it, and can blow your head off!

We have been searching Exeter for great places to eat since we moved up last summer. The Gurkha Kitchen had been recommended by a work colleague and we tried it last night. Really friendly staff who looked after us and recommended Nepalese dishes. The mo mo lamb dumplings were really tasty, spiced but not too much with a side sauce.... More

The Sunday special is extremely good value. The dishes are wide ranging, presentation excellent, the restaurant is spotless and the service great. I'd recommend the chili chicken starter for those who like it spicy; very flavoursome and not too hot. A great find and we'll be back again soon

Having cravings for chilli we found The Gurkha Kitchen, thanks to our sat-nav. The lamb dishes were made with well cooked meat - which is often unusual - and spicy enough to satisfy our needs. Service was pleasant, beautifully informal and reasonably fast. The 'Nepalese' beer was good and we found one bottle between two was quite sufficient. A most... More

Our visit to Gurkha Kitchen was lovely yet again. Visited for the second time last week and we were greeted by a friendly waitress who was very helpful throughout the evening. Food was amazing and we will definitely be returning.

The food is amazing and very tasty. Also big portions. The staff are very friendly. The only problem was that I had to wait for a while for the food. But hey, if you need a good curry, it time to prepare that. Thanks a lot for your service.
