As you might expect the seafood is to die for. Gives Rick Sten a run for his money on occasion. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order and the service efficient and friendly without being pretentious. Lovely.

Came here tonight for my friends 60th birthday dinner. Looked after superbly by Priscilla. Food fabulous, staff attentive. Definitely recommended. Topped off by a birthday cake with a sparkler in. Filly recommend

A recent return visit for dinner proved as good as ever. There was a great choice of both local fish and meat dishes. Attentive, friendly service. No more half bottles of wine on the list however. Shame.

We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay. Great choice available for breakfast, we had delicious fish and chips for lunch (really super fresh cod) and a superb extensive menu offered for dinner.

Table for two booked at 1900 to celebrate my birthday. Even if it hadn't been dark outside the fog would have obscured the stunning views across St Mawes harbour to St Anthony. But the greeting on arrival in reception was friendly. We were shown to...More

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, coffee very good, would love to stay here one day, the decor is beautiful with so much to look at, on a warm day you can sit on the terrace and drink in the fabulous views.

We didnt go for dinner here as its a very formal affair, but lunch on the terrace in a bit of autumn sunshine is delightful, far more casual with a relaxed atmosphere. I had the lobster and fries which was so lovely.

The dining room has a calm and cool Mediterranean atmosphere with a mosaic floor and tongue and groove walls. It has a terrace on two sides, where lunch, drinks and candlelit dinners are served in the summer, and whenever the temperate climate allows.
