We've often had breakfast or lunch here, and always enjoy the food and drinks on offer. This was our first evening meal at the Digey Food room. On the menu there was a choice of three or four Mussels Dishes as well as several starters and desserts. We all found the service friendly and efficient, and the different dishes of... More

We visited here on Saturday. My bacon sandwich was lovely ( nice crispy bacon) & the waitress was polite & helpful. My friend had 2 eggs on just 1 piece of bread! Which did seem rather stingy (too many eggs for the bread ratio)! . Unfortunately, I did not see a big dog lying under a table close by (... More

Every other establishment in St Ives is either an art shop or a food outlet of one sort or another. This was a pleasant enough place, selling food to be sold as gifts, a modest selection of cakes, scones, cream teas etc. as you would expect in such a bustling resort. I did notice that the staff although pleasant were... More

A great little find during an afternoon visit to St Ives. The cream tea was amazing - warm scones with plenty of jam and cream. The rest of the menu looked very tempting and would definitely have returned if we were staying longer in St Ives. The staff were lovely and friendly.

Myself and my husband popped in here for lunch on a grey and rainy day and ended up staying a good couple of hours as we thought the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. We ordered a bacon sandwich and homemade soup and both were delicious. We then shared a cream tea which was really lovely - great value and I... More

Took my whole family to the Digey on a winter holiday in Cornwall. Incredible food and drinks, scones to die for! What a lovely little place, tucked away in a very pretty lane. Highly recommended for its great food and very friendly service. Don't miss the Digey if you are visiting St Ives!

Just visiting st Ives from London and the one thing I miss when travelling is the good quality coffee that you get in the city. The Digey has the best coffee ( even better then you could find in the city) so I always get my coffee from this place. I love to chill out in the cafe or take... More

We have eaten here twice whilst in St Ives on holiday and it is a great little find. It is not large and partially below street level but still maintains a surprisingly light and spacious atmosphere. Very clean and staff are polite. They serve breakfast until 3pm, which always goes down well in our family! The breakfast is lovely -... More
