Tables inside and out. Fantastic views of the beach. Excellent food always well presented by friendly staff. A great sea-side restaurant.

The cafe is right on the beach, has an attentive and friendly staff, and an interesting and delicious assortment of offerings in a tapas like menu.

Lovely lunch nice staff, sat outside (bit noisy inside) food very tasty i had a very good Caesar salad but it would have been nice to know it was going to have anchovies in it as i don't like those - passed them to a friend. The position is fantastic right near the Tate and overlooking Porthmeor beach.

This cafe is perfect for waiting sunset at St. Ives. Located on the seaside with a view to the ocean (around 15 minutes walk from the town centre, through Digey Street). We even luckily spotted dolphins jumping in the open ocean! The sunset view from this beach is beautiful and it serves great food with friendly service. I'll recommend you... More

To celebrate our engagement in St Ives this week, I knew straight away where I wanted to go to celebrate in the evening. We were lucky enough to book a booth that evening and we weren't disappointed. It is the most amazing spot and I loved every minute of it. We chose two tapas each and some bread and olives... More

I visited with friends for tapas, cocktails and a celebration meal in a stunning location.....not disappointed at any point!! We had one of the outdoor 'pods' which come with a heater and snuggly blankets BUT you feel as though you are sitting in extreme luxury slap bang on the beach! Obviously you are up a bit on the cafe deck... More

What better location can you get, we had a beautiful sunny day but the heated outside pods would suit any weather. The menu has a different twist than normal fare with a good selection of tapas too. Great drinks list, with smoothies and milkshakes along side usual alcohol and non alcohol choices. The young staff are friendly and don't rush... More

We at the Porthneor Cafe last night. I had a Sea Bass Starter, followed by the prawn Red Thai Curry, both were excellent!

A beautiful sunny day spent in St Ives. After walking all around the coastline we found ourselves here. Nicely busy so great atmosphere got a table outside overlooking the beautiful ocean. Fabulous lunch of super fresh Cornish Hake and a bottle of wine. Staff all really friendly and service was excellent. Thoroughly recommended and will certainly visit next time we... More

This is my favourite place to eat in St Ives. The views are amazing, it's great for watching children learning to surf. The food is freshly cooked and delicious. I had the ray wing which was lovely. Sad to see that the monkfish was no longer available and had been replaced with sea bass which was not as good. The... More
