Treated my chef boyfriend to a birthday meal at Nathan Outlaws and enjoyed it throughly. The whole meal was excellently presented and delicious. Particularly enjoyed the john dory dish!

The dress code is as you wish - but I suggest smart casual. Definitely take the wine flight with the food - very good.
