Bought a couple of drinks and then asked for tapped water after coming out of the toilets. We were asked to pay for it. When we explained that we were customers already the bar tender (who hadn’t previously served us) would not believe us and...More

The lady doing the cooking tried her best & actually didn't charge us for our puddings as she felt we had waited a long time as she was on her own cooking. We were happy to wait so it was very sweet of her. The...More

Ate here twice and were not disappointed. The food is great, fresh fish choices and good service. I'd recommend booking. We were there at the end of the season so it wasn't necessary, but I heard it gets very busy.

A great ambience and great food. Highly recommend. Good service. Limited, but excellent local food choices, well presented and above average quality. I recommend the Steak and Ale Pie.

I came across this little pub during a walk along the Penzance seafront. Tucked down a side-street, through its window I spotted the menu with my favourite Italian meal – seafood linguine! So, I immediately booked for 8.00 p.m. that evening I arrived at 7.50...More

When we visited in 2017 the food was well above usual pub fare. I heard it had changed hands but we went back again (in 2018) to see if the chef was still there and the food as good as it used to be. Unfortunately...More
