First time at this restaurant, looked good online and we were not disappointed. Nestled in the old quayside this is a delightful gem, beautifully decorated and cosy with bags of atmosphere. The waiting staff were a young team but courteous and efficient. We opted for...More

Having eaten here before when the food was excellent, it was particularly disappointing to have to return two of four main course dishes as the meat had been cooked too quickly causing the belly pork to be tough and fatty. The final bill also had...More

It was our wedding anniversary and my son and his partner treated us to a lovely meal at the Old Sail Loft. We all enjoyed the food and wine and excellent service. The atmosphere was great, amazingly full for a Monday evening.

A good range of food and specials, well cooked. There is a good atmosphere in the restaurant and it is very popular. Booking really was essential.

Wonderful venue, with a very relaxing atmosphere, staff are attentive without being obtrusive. The food is super fresh. The seafood platter is more than enough to share one between two people.

Sorry but cannot remember if there was lobster on th menu. I had the seafood platter which had a fresh crab - I believe the cost was somewhere around £38 for th dish.
