Four sub standard Sunday roast dinners ordered, almost an hour for food to come out. Frozen undercooked potatoes, hardly any vegetables, minimal gravy, undercooked Yorkshire pudding and overcooked stuffing ball. Four ready meals would have been better.

Good selection of beers served. Food was enjoyable and well portioned for the price. Venue is clean and staff friendly. Dogs welcome too.

Visited here over the easter bank holiday weekend. First thing to pick up on was the fact it was pretty empty for a sunny easter weekend. We sat in the bottom bar and ordered 2 sandwiches. These took over half an hour to arrive.. where we sat we had a view of the kitchen, which wasn't busy and had not... More

Went in to watch the football. Bar staff fine, as was my Guinness but the mistake I made was to order food. A spicy chicken burger was so tough as to be impossible to cut, the sauce was revolting and the chips were the worst ever. On top of that my team lost Would never return

I enjoyed going to the Quayside in the past, a bright clean environment with beer at a good price and good budget food at a good price. Service was always reliable and friendly. Today 5th April we visited and what hasn't changed is the bright environment and the great view. The place at lunchtime was not heaving but there were... More

Went in as me and my friends fancied a pub dinner. We wished we didn't. We were fine with the long wait on our food, as it was busy and there seemed to be one person tending the bar and running food while one other person cooked food . I felt bad for them - but that doesn't really excuse... More

Dropped in for a break after walking the harbour. Saturday afternoon football was on with a busy mix of locals and tourists. Friendly bar staff and a nice pint of Doom Bar. There is a generic Greene King pub food menu which has a fair choice but decided to eat elsewhere upon seeing what was being served to diners and... More

Went for Lunch on Tuesday 7th March at 12.50pm, went to the bar to order, after "finally" attracting the barmaids attention I ordered two fish and chips, her reply was "I have just sold the last two portions!" REALLY at just 12.50pm and they are open all day!! Total Disgrace, they don't deserve the Business!!!
