This place was very busy when we visited. I never like queueing up, but if you don't mind, then the service was fairly efficient and the food was good. We had a dog with us so sat on the balcony and took the full force of the very stiff breeze.

Gylly Beach is a gorgeous spot and we popped in here one morning for breakfast. The staff were very professional and friendly. I don't think I've even seen scrambled eggs such a bright orange colour before and yet found them tasteless. I was underwhelmed with the food but would give the place another try, maybe for lunch or dinner, purely... More

It was Easter weekend and nice weather so the cafe was really crowded. I was a bit disappointed at the lack of fish on the menu. I had calamari and it was fine but I felt a little let down. Given the amount of people in the place they did a great job but I was slightly disappointed. The Sunday... More

With a few minutes to spare we popped into this cafe for a coffee and a hot chocolate. The place was busy which was a good sign but there is plenty of seating. Right by the beach with fantastic view. Outdoor and indoor seating and dog friendly. Enjoyed the drinks and would be definitely return for perhaps a meal next... More

We visited on recent bank holiday Monday The location is ace the staff are all lovely but the food is very poor We both ordered Crab bisque which tasted like a tin of Heinz tomato soup with a tiny piece of over cooked monkfish and 3 prawns I could detect no taste of crab and certainly not like any crab... As a regular customer of Gylly Cafe for 7 years I am now sad to say i've had an encounter here that almost makes me not want to come back. I spend a lot of money at this place, in fact I only had lunch here yesterday, I also bring a lot of family and friends here when they visit...... More

Came here last week whilst on holiday. Never been to Falmouth before and absolutely loved it. Food, atmosphere and view were incredible, and our waitress Sophie was superb- so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning!!
