I first tried this place 2months ago and returned for my 5th visit this week as I've really enjoyed the previous visits. The starters are always lovely and two of us had the chicken dish which again was very tasty and the homemade chips are...More

Stopped by for a lovely Sunday dinner with my family and was greeted warmly by the staff and served delicious roast beef and turkey with huge Yorkshire pudding. Definitely worth a stop by!

We don't take any reviews seriously from people with such poor spelling and grammer.

Avoid the crowds at this puzelling unfavoured Saughall pub. However, an above average lunch that surpassed more expensive and less tasty local alternatives does not excuse the Chernobyl enspired "family beer garden" (Health and Safety Warning on those cracked swings, and an old fire-pit ring...More

The Greyhound Inn is a family run pub set in the village of Saughall. The service was good and our food arrived in around 15 minutes. If you are wanting a no frills menu at a fair price then the Greyhound is worth a visit.

We had a great lunch here. The food was freshly cooked and presented well. My husband had the ploughmans lunch which was superbly presented and I had the club sandwich which was delicious. Will definitely being visiting more often.

Fabulous pub food produced in a great British, traditional, friendly and inviting surroundings. The award winning kitchen is a hive of creativity where the venue's passionate, talented, and creative Head Chef, along with the rest of the dedicated team, work their magic as they cook freshly prepared, and locally sourced meat, fish, veg and dairy products, as well as freshly baked artisan breads. The seasonally changing, modern Great British-Style menu's, are the epiphany of today's "gastro-style" pub restaurants, but along with a sense of the "home-comforts", often contain that "twist" on tradition, as well as flavours and variants on recipes from all over the World.
