called in for coffee on a days trip to Chester, fast service,v.,good coffee, and then returned for lunch, excellent lasagne/salad,steak/guiness pie with mash, brilliant service and very reasonable.

We called with our grandson and had an ok visit.......BUT...called today and boy, what a difference....walked in...ignored completely, sat down, ignored completely.....waited, waited, waited......waitresses were serving other people, we took this into consideration....but, 3 tables, maybe 4 left the cafe and still, we were left...More

We stopped in for a scone and tea. Absolutely beautiful food and a lovely atmosphere. The menu looked lovely and the cafe was full of locals enjoying lunch.

Charming family run traditional tea room with extensive menu, cheerful and attentive staff. Good place to recuperate from trudging round the city.

Friendly staff and tasty food at this family run tea room. The toasted ciabatta was great - much better than you'd get at a chain coffee shop - and the fruit scone was among the best I've ever had! Reasonable prices. Would definitely go back.
