Called in here for lunch. They had some unusual and tasty beers and the food was good. If it is sunny you can sit outside at the back.

Great place with a large selection of ales. We were impressed . Lovely building which in itself is an attraction. If you are in Chester and fancy a pint of proper beer this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

To be honest, conventional is not really their thing. Don't let that put you off though. You can have a Sunday Roast any Sunday you want. You can't always try and enjoy the great food and beer that is served here!
