We've been going to Fitzbillies on and off for 50 years. Its latest incarnation is a very busy coffee shop and cafe, popular with students and visitors. Our lunch was good and the staff friendly. Queueing for only two toilets was a negative.
The food here is very good if a little over priced but it is a famous café. Often need to queue. Lovely for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Not the best coffee in Cambridge though!
