I would expect outstanding food for the price. Not blown away.
The vegetarian main dish had a lovely spice and heat, really enjoyed that.
The rice was baffling, I had plain rice, it was slightly undercooked and was stuck together as though it had been...quickly re/ heated.
Not fluffy as I would normally receive at an Indian restaurant...Which, was a shame.
Poppadoms, pricey for what they were and they seem to charge for the condiments, normally these would be included with the poppadoms.
So not blown away....The quality did not match what was being charged for items.
Me and my partner would normally eat out for the same price I payed last night for just me.
So, a no for me...High prices should mean outstanding food.More
Take Away delivery charge £3.50 to house off Mowbray Rd
Pancake kebab was dry and crusty ; brown patchy yellow colour was not pleasant to look at with the shredded lamb meat similarly dry
2 vegetable samosas were too small and vegetables too sparse.
Rice...was dry. Other meals were drowned in runny sauce.
We were hoping for an authentic Indian meal given h/o awards in past .
The meal was disappointing.More
My husband and I booked for a meal here for our wedding anniversary. We were so delighted with our visit. The food was delicious - in fact I would say the best Chicken Tikka Masala I have ever had! We were treated with the greatest...of courtesy and felt very safe. The staff were attentive but not intrusive. This will not be our last visit!!More
I ordered a Goan fish curry as part of a takeaway. The fish had clearly gone off - it smelled terrible and went straight in the bin. They clearly sell food that is several days old.
I wrote to Prana to report this over a...week ago and received no reply.
I was sold a dish that was uneatable, and that could have made me and my family ill. The very least I expect is an apology and a refund.

I was excited to try award wining Prana Indian Restaurant, which built up a strong 25 years reputation in Cambridge. The food was perfectly and subtly spiced, the service was prompt and attentive. The lamb was tender, charred and gently spiced, and the king prawns...were juicy and garlic-packed - the latter was my favourite of the two, but both were excellent. It was a lot of food, but we cleared our plates. Worth to visit.More
We ordered a delivery which arrived well over two hours late. By then, we had called the restaurant four times and were repeatedly told that the delivery would be with us within five minutes. When I tried to cancel, I was told that we would...get a refund. The refund never happened. By the time the food arrived, we had cooked our own dinner. I was very unimpressed and won't order from Prana anymore.More
