The Five Elms is our 'local', and has been for over ten years. John and Carol Slee run an extremely professional, friendly and outgoing village pub. Service always excellent, food superb and the awards and accolades accorded bear witness to this. Visitors come from far and wide, based on customer feedback - try 'The Elms' and see for yourself!

We were a group of three friends one who used to live in Weedon and were needing an evening meal, boy did we luck out ! Super... More

Was asked to find a nice, cozy Pub to go for dinner and suggested trying the Five Elms. And what a lovely place it proved to be, just how you'd imagine a proper village Pub to be. I ordered a starter only to leave space for dessert, and lucky too as the portions turned out to be very generous. I... More

The very old building retains all the authenticity of a traditional country pub but Chef John takes such pride in delighting his customers with the quality of his dishes that we all came away from a Saturday lunch feeling that this was probably the nicest pub lunch any of us could recall. The 3 smoked fish terrine was superb...overly large... More

When you think of a quaint village pub, this is exactly what you would expect. Hidden away in the small village of Weeden you will find a cosy welcoming pub. With a large gin selection that could compete against a large chain of pubs you will receive a warm welcome from the bar staff and landlady. The menu choice is... More

Group of 5, turned up as orders for the kitchen had finished, but this was not a problem and good food was swiftly produced...cant say there was anything on the menu I would not have been happy to eat, great selection. We even managed to squeeze in desserts all round despite running past closing time it was not a problem... More

This is a little gem which currently has best pub food in Bucks award for the second time. Nothing better on a chilly winters day than to sit by the open fire and relax. John takes his cooking seriously - beautifully cooked steaks, fish, home made puddings, and if you have chips they are real potato properly cooked, In the... More
