Walking nearby and decided to go in for pre-dinner cocktails and nibbles. The staff were very helpful and polite. We ordered standard cocktails at first, but my second drink was off-menu. The barman had no issue with making it. Very pleasant view.

I have visited the Riverstation now for over 20 years and have experienced breakfasts, lunches and dinners all generally with good service levels and food standards. The new makeover downstairs really freshens up the look and feel and gives a new seating layout. Service was...More

We came here with a large family group for drinks and meze. The portions were tiny and we had to ask for extras. When the food bill came it was absolutely outrageous at approximately £25 per head and the restaurant had the audacity to insist...More

Hi David, I am very sorry to hear about a recent experience with us, it does especially concern me that from what you have said, it doesn't match our pricing or service charge structures at all. We will always very clearly say that the service...More

A couple of drinks on the terrace along the harbour side & then upstairs for dinner. Good service, very reasonable fine Masi Amarone. Rib eye wasn’t very warm & was more done than the requested medium, a bit harsh scoring 3* but should go back...More

Great restaurant / bar overlooking the water with internal & external seating. Staff were efficient and welcoming and made the overall experience fun. Drinks selection was wide and although we didn't eat, the food looked good and portion sizes were generous. Worth a visit.More

This was indeed our first choice of venue for a 'bit of a do'.... I was delighted by the service, the ambience, the service and the relaxed way that all the staff help to make it a birthday party to remember. Many of my guests...More

I was with a group of 17 work colleagues and had booked for a company team dinner. It was impressive how without pre-ordering our food, all the orders were taken promptly and received really efficiently, which can only be down to the great service we...More

It certainly did when we were there two months ago. Nothing much seems to have changed really to detract from the old Riverstation experience. I that helps?

I would have thought you would be okay as there is upstairs and downstairs seating and it is never overly busy but I would still try to reserve for a large party if possible.
