Was looking for somewhere that catered for a gluten/dairy free diet and happened on this place. The place was very busy but the food arrived in good time and was amazing! We had a few different burgers and I can not recommend them enough!

Very expensive £4.75 for a pint. Don’t think I’ll be returning. My friend said her glass smelt of cheese and onion crisps .

Huge Sunday lunch, pricey at £13.95 but be ready for a lot of good food. Loads of pork and gravy. Pork a little bit tough to cut. Yummy parsnip and carrot ball. Wonderful knickerbocker glory sweet, see photo. You need to book a table.

I took me parents here for Sunday roast after walking past one evening and deciding it looked intriguing. Well... We were not disappointed. Welsh beef cooked beautifully pink, acres of vegetables and lashings of gravy. It's rare I am this enthused about a pub roast...More
