This place is really unique, the interior is so quirky! It is well worth the trip to it. The portion sizes are like the biggest I have ever seen. We both had the ribs and they are gigantic, the presentation is amazing! A must to...More

Wow came here through a recommendation and so glad we did! The place is beautiful both inside and out. The people that worked there were happy and very helpful. I ordered the beef pie and ohhhhhh it was the best pie I've ever had! Definitely...More

It seems that there has been a change of ownership since my last visit a couple of years ago. The food and service remain good, but - for me - there has been an unwelcome move away from unpretentiousness and good value towards OTT presentation...More

Stopped here by chance; were turned away from two other local eateries (in a friendly way - they'd just stopped serving food) and came here for a Sunday roast. Staff were absolutely lovely. Friendly, apologised for the wait at the bar (which was only two...More

Guest at dinner for a birthday celebration. Eight people. Food very good and the presentation excellent. Portions MORE than adequate especially the 'Cod Almighty' fich and chips. Not a particularly busy evening but service a little 'erratic' otherwise a perfect place for dinner.
