Come for the view, passionate staff, yummy local cider and some good stories about their history! Make sure to ask why their European style cider is called "Tortured Path" and some recipe ideas with their pear, blood orange and peach ciders. This is a must...More

Stopped in for pizza at the restaurant with a group of friends. Pizzas were pricey at around $17 for a personal pizza. Tasting room staff were inhospitable. One of the people in our party was pregnant and asked to spit out the cider samples, spitting...More

Stopped here on a visit to the county, as one of the group is a big cider fan. Hopefully this experience doesn't put her off cider going forward. The drinks were OK, but the prices were very high. What was truly awful was the service...More

came here for lunch. very spacious and lovely view of the lake. the wood oven baked pizza was great paired with their cider. staff was very accommodating and you could walk around the orchards for a self-directed tour after. come early as it gets busy.

Only a brief visit that offered enough time for a cider tasting, torturing ourselves with the smells of their pizzas and taking in the inspiring vistas over the vines to the lake. The only downside I can conceive of is the limited opportunities to find...More

We have been here countless times. We always have a wonderful meal and the cider is always great. Though I come to the county for wines, I always seem to drink more cider. Current favourite cider is blood orange, but the pear and peach are...More

The view at County Cider Company is beautiful! We had arrived at County Cider Company around 1 pm on a Saturday. It was busy. We put our names down for a patio table outside and then went across to the barn for some tastings. I'm...More

Over twenty years of visits we always enjoy stopping at County Cider at Waupoos, and this weekend was no exception. We had a delightful server, Lindsay, who helped us pick the right ciders to enjoy on their scenic patio overlooking the vineyards, orchards and the...More

We went in for the cider tasting and stayed for lunch. The ciders were quite nice with my favourite being the driest (Tortured Path) but they had a range that I am sure will find something for all to enjoy. We then had pizza from...More

While I didn't see any babies there, their back patio is wide open, and I don't foresee having enough space for a stroller being an issue.
