While it was quite convenient to be able access a restaurant in my hotel, I found that the service staff were run off their feet. The restaurant gets quite busy, but the staff is minimal. The meal was good for the value.

Really nice decor and atmosphere. Great menu and really good prices given its location. Service is really good as well. A bonus is that local artists are likely to come around to your table with very beautiful pieces of art for sale.

Ate here with our friends , food was good and the place was very appealing . Bought a soapstone polar bear Mage by local artist for much better price then a souvenir shop ... They will negotiate as well .

This restaurant has now been renamed "The Frob" and it is part of the Frobisher Inn hotel complex. It is quite pricey and it should be noted that there are other lower priced food options in Iqaluit. What sets this restaurant apart is that it is decidedly more upscale. While staying at the Frobisher Inn, I ate on two occasions... More

Popular with locals, we went for Sunday Brunch and had a great meal. There was a good selection of breakfast, main course, and dessert items available. Waffles with all the fixings, French toast, pancakes, crepes, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, devilled eggs, salads, a hot carve to order station with sirloin beef, Char, pasta, rice, chicken, short ribs, and... You can have a very good meal or a very bad meal, you just never know. I've eaten there on and off for over a dozen years and the quality varies with the chef, and they've gone through a lot of chefs. The best thing about it is probably the view of the bay as you dine.

The food is great at the hotel and services are very good. Some of the recipes have northern flavour to them so it is one of the delicate menus included in the restaurant. Room services are also provided and many of them feature some of warm and hot meals following a long day travel.

Great place to dine. Had the burger, others had the ribs. Big portions. Excellent supper, friendly staff. Reasonably priced for three. Never had drinks or dessert. Some locals peddle there wares but do not bother you. Nice to see some of the hand made things.
