Beautiful views, absolutely amazing food and feels so healthy. Very reasonably priced as well. Beautiful seating options with views, and the service was excellent. Wine list was enjoyable too!

A very unusual setting - I stumbled on to this restaurant when wondering what Balnea Spa was - found out I could get a healthy meal even without the full spa experience. Modern building of glass and wood with glimpses of water features, valleys and...hills. I ordered the prix fixe dinner - beet and fennel soup; a take on the "three sisters" featuring red beans, squash puree and (pop)corn; and strawberries and whipped cream for dessert. Very nice. A bit odd to be surrounded by spa-goers in bathrobes, but it added to a memorable experience.More

Food and service was excellent. Local produce and cheeses as well as wines. On the Balnea Spa property so you can also eat in your swimwear and robe. nice to hear nature and water out on the terrace.

Located at the Balnea Spa where we spent the day. We went there for a quick bite. Very nice outdoor spaces. Everything (soup, salads) was fresh and well-seasoned. Affordable too…

Spending the day at the Balnea, we had lunch at their restaurant. The service is very good , personnel is very attentive. The menu is very limited and pricy. There is a table d'hote ( which is a combination of a la carte or a...la carte . I know that it is a spa experience, but I was expecting a lot of soups/salads and sandwiches . We had their ''sandwich du moment" which is a nice buns with chicken served with an apple salad for $ 16 and a glass of Ripassa wine $ 12 = total; $64 for lunch. The wine list is also limited : Wine per glass, you will find one choice of type of cepage ( one pinot noir, one cinsault , one cabernet etc.. ) of course all imported labels . I think that you could eat upstairs at the massages rooms level. Maybe they served ''cafe'' style lunch ? instead of a fancy and pricey lunch ( soup of the day is $8 to give you an exemple)More

I know this may be expected with the spa experience by the menu was limited and I found it was expensive and very fancy..

Located at the Balnea Spa, the restaurant looks over the spa grounds and the lake (Lac Gale). The meals (Magret duck and Quinoa salad) were delicious and plated artfully. The portions of duck and quinoa were large but the accompaniments were spare. We took a...Dose juice (essentially incredibly overpriced fruit juice $7/300 ml) which was very tasty but in my opinion no more healthy than any fresh pressed juice. Service was excellent.More

We had lunch here during our spa day. The service was very attentive but not intrusive, the dining room very beautiful. But the food was really not worth it. Perhaps order a la carte, instead of the table d'hote? Still, there really isn't any other...choice, so perhaps worth just asking the servers what they recommend.More

This place is simple, tasty, friendly and the atmosphere is ...spa-tastic!! The chef behind this kitchen is talented, he uses flavours with style and precision. wow

it was delicious, donèt get me wrong, but a day at the spa, makes you hungry, and those 5 tiny pieces of fish for 19$, was less what i was looking for.. :S

There are- in my opinion - few great restaurants in the Eastern Townships. This place is worth a visit! Amazing and healthy food, beautiful setting and excellent service.
