We are here on a cold December day and it was nice and warm inside. The food was delicious and the fresh drinks were also very good. While it’s all vegan it’s very filling. The upstairs is where you sit and has plenty of tables...and a restroom. Prices seem reasonable for the area and what you get. We’d eat here again if we were staying here longer and will be back when we return.More

Absolutely amazing vegan restaurant! I had the mushroom & cheese crepe with Caesar salad and an almond croissant. Everything was very delicious. I think most or all of their takeout containers are either recyclable or compostable. They have an extensive menu with brunch options, sweet...and savory crepes, pizzas, sandwiches and wraps, bowls, tons of desserts and pastries, ice cream, juices and smoothies, etc. Service was super friendly. They're located in Vieux-Bromont and they have a cute outdoor dining area with a view of the quaint street. What a gem. I'll definitely be coming back here!More

WOW my husband and I had an absolutely delicious meal here during our time in Bromont. GREAT service and a nice cozy atmosphere. Looking at the menu I could not believe they could possibly be vegan and get reviews like the others on here but...boy was I wrong...the French onion soup was AMAZING. We ordered a bunch of appetizers (patates libanaises (could be a bit crispier but still good with a delicious sauce), falafel, and bruschetta) and the Greek pizza (again vegan pizza?!?!). Everything tasted better than the last (ok except for the soup - that was the best lol). Highly recommend for a date night - 5 stars all around.More

This is one of the best restaurants that I have ever eaten at in my life and is worth a trip to Bromont for GAIA all on its own! For those who have dairy and gluten allergies this restaurant is hands down one of the...best I have ever eaten at- and completely safe. I definitely recommend a trip there and try their delicious cream of mushroom (dairy free!) soup. SO amazing!More

Went for lunch at Gaia with 2 other people in early August. Do not generally eat at vegan restaurants but we had heard good things about Resto Gaia and wanted to try it when we were in the region. Was a very pleasant surprise for...me. Food was excellent. All three of us really enjoyed our meals. Even the soy cappuccino was great. Only negative was that its was a busy lunchtime so the service was kind of slow. That didn't really bother us but if we had been in more of a rush that would have been irritating.More

It was our daughter’s 40th birthday and she had come all the way from Australia with her husband and two children to reunite with her brother from Vancouver and his daughter, her father and myself from Montreal We chose Gaia because the food is fresh,...healthy and very well prepared. They are a vegetarian restaurant. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and they went out of their way to provide a cake. Everyone, staff included sang and raised a glass. Friend brought us to this location about 120 km f rom home definitely worth the drive we sat upstairs which I found out is new to the restaurant Vegetarian food which was tasty and full of Colors I had the Mediterino salad that I enjoyed..., they also have different coffees and teas Pricing is in line with better vegetarian restaurants. Lovely terrace, was full when I got there with my grandma. The options on the menu are mouthwatering. I had the spring rolls with vegetal shrimps, they were delicious. I ordered them as a combo with the gaia salad, which comes with cashew ricotta, absolutely...delicious. As a dessert we had the fruit croustade, which is sort of like a crumble pie, served with vegan ice cream. Loved it. They also have excellent healthy juices. I am looking forward to go back to try the crepes, the veg burgers and the bowls!More
We had three different crepes: mushroom, pesto, and tomato and olive. We shared amongst ourselves and couldn’t decide which was the best?! So fresh, tasty and outstanding service. We were able to eat outside and loved everything!

Nice little place, the food was very good and the staff was super friendly! I had a cheesecake and my husband an açai bowl (which was the closest from the original Brazilian açai we ever had so far in Quebec).
