Located at the 2nd floor of quite a modern building, this restaurant has a strange decoration, Amerindian-inspired mix with a lot of modern features... a bit weird but original. The beef tartar was definitely good. Portions were generous. The restaurant was almost empty at lunch...time, but clearly this is a place where one should go, without children, for dinner. We were here for an annual equestrian competition and decided to branch out from our usual haunts. We weren’t disappointed. We had a fantastic server who was very accommodating and helpful and very friendly. We were a group of 7 and our food choices ranged...from steak and frites( very tasty and great reviews despite being a cheaper cut of meat), a 5 selection of Quebec cheeses plate ( yum and beautifully presented), pasta , burger and veg options. All food is presented in a unique way. We saw some beautiful plates being served near by as well. Lovely decor once you take the trip upstairs from a confusing entrance and unique lit up menus. They seem to specialize in smoked fish and meats- surprisingly none of our party went that route. We’ll definitely be back!More

Food was super delicious, generous portions and really nice flavors! Our waiter/bartender was attentive and super nice as well. The smoked sausage will leave me craving for it. The place is super lively, so reservations might be needed. So while the decor is a little...on the side culturally insensitive (Native indian caricatures and little tipi lights around the place), the restaurant is worth stopping in.More

As a "local" we wanted to go there for a while, and we're just back from a great dinner at Bistro le calumet with my wife. Original, all-homemade menu - excellent soup, delicious braised beef fettuccine, some of the best ribs I've ever tasted, and...homemade desserts ("mi-cuit au chocolat" and maple pie!). It was a quiet evening with a great atmosphere and a breathtaking view of Ski Bromont. Friendly service and we had the chance to exchange a few words with the owner. Pay attention to the decoration and art - very nice. Even the music was great - Spotify playlist: Top Lounge Reggae (covers). In short! Perfect and highly recommended!More

Beautiful restaurant overlooking the ski hill , there with a group of 20 people (we had reservations) so they knew we were coming and should have staff to accommodate but didn’t . Server was friendly but seem to lack experience and in all fairness should...have had help from the beginning . Evening started when drinks took 20-30 min. to receive , the soup was served without bread which was brought after most were finished their soup. We sat at 6:00 and main course was finally served at 8:00!! Some orders were mixed up and they asked people what they ordered with the plates in hand ? Most of us found our food to be satisfactory but this establishment seems to continue to have service problems (as others have said in their reviews) and not managed properly and for the prices they charge this isn’t acceptableMore

We had a good dinner. We order the calmar as a starter. They were really skinny but me I like them like this, if you prefer yo calmar bigger with less frying dont order those. I order the Bavette, it was really good, cooked perfectly...like I asked. My boyfriend order the Calumet Poutine and it was amazing with all different taste. SUPER BIG portion ( for me too much but hey for the price it’s a plus) we order the crème brûlée and the lava cake for desert, the cake was to die for seriously I highly recommended just perfectly balanced with sugar, portion and chocolate. Overall for a new restaurant it’s a good note. The service was quite fun our waiter made a double effort for us the have a good dinner.More
