This little slice of heaven prepares Thai style breakfasts and lunches. Pleasant atmosphere in a tiny spot on the main street, First Avenue in Ladysmith, BC. Curries, soups, stir fry and take out. Very reasonable prices in a clean place. Vegan available for most dishes.

I cannot believe how wonderful this place is!!! Martin opened for us early and served our group of 14 a most amazing, and tasty breakfast, and had us back on the road within one hour. The presentation was lovely. Don't miss this place. They serve lunch and dinner too. We can't wait to try more.

This small restaurant caters to many locals for breakfast and lunch. Easy to see why : good standard fare like English breakfast or eggs Benedict but also original specials like Thai beef with noodles. It is very tasty, portions are generous, everything is cooked fresh in front of you by the owner. The two ladies on staff are friendly and... More

A one man band, Martin Tang who is the Chef/Owner of this small restaurant in downtown Ladysmith is indeed special. He cooks to order and we decided to have one of his many specials yesterday lunchtime, what a delight! His chicken with a mild curry sauce and veggies on a bed of rice was superb, more than enough for lunch... More

Sort of stumbled into this place. We were looking at a menu in a bistro across the road which didn't take our fancy. looked around and saw a blackboard with menu items across the road. Went over there and peeped through the door. Decor not that impressive but the cook came to the door to welcome us in and we... More

Martin is a fine dining chef, proven in fine dining industry but loves running his own open kitchen restaurant. Absolutely outstanding food! Martin will accommodate food allergies and cook something safe, without contamination, right in front of your eyes. Friendly staff, excellent service, low prices.
