Returned to this restaurant in the fall. As always, excellent experience from beginning to end. The scallop appetizer was fresh & full of flavour. The shrimp in squid ink was creative & very enjoyable! Our mains were perfect - the lamb pasta had many different elements making each mouthful different from the last. The filet was perfect - both the... More

Seb and his team catered our destination wedding in Mont Tremblant. The six course tasting menu was unbelievable, wowed our guests and exceeded our expectations. From the coordination of Dominique, the event coordinator, to the outstanding cuisine by Seb, and impeccable service of his wait staff, it made our wedding a spectacular experience for our guests. I would highly recommend... More

Highly recommended. Absolutely outstanding. My wife and I celebrated out anniversary there on Oct 16. Food service and ambiance was fantastic & out of this world. Thanks to the Seb team for a memorable visit we will return on our next weekend visit to Tremblant! Great team, exceptional food, super ambiance and the wine selection is awesome.

This restaurant provides French fine dining at its best. The staff were friendly, polished, not intrusive, and well versed in their offerings. All the food is sourced from local suppliers. The menu was limited but delicious, and a great deal of care is given to its preparation and presentation. As with most fine restaurants, portion sizes are small, but in... More

This was SUCH a great choice for our first anniversary celebration dinner. We were up in Mont Tremblant for the Ironman and wanted a romantic dinner the Monday after. This restaurant was ranked 10th best restaurant on trip advisor- it was excellent. Everything from the oysters (not listed on the menu) to the homemade rosemary focaccia bread to a quail... More

My wife and I were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. We wanted a really special place to celebrate and we thought we found it, based on previous reviews. We were wrong though. Firstly, the place was an oven. No a/c. Our French waiter was not great. He struggled with his English and on more than one occasion tried to... More

A few miles away from the ski resort in the village, this is a gem. A bit on the pricey side but can't fault the quality of the food, the service was attentive. Lovely settings with a real European (French?) feel to it, this could be a romantic venue for a couple.

We did not have a reservation on a Thursday night but they very graciously seated the six in our party in a private room off the main dining room. From the time the delicious bread arrived until the final spoonful of amazing dessert was eaten, this was truly the best meal we have had our entire vacation. We opted for... More

They are bringing soup in little container. Actually it was not soup I guess. It was cold tomato sauce. They call it 4 course meal pay for that 185.00 for 2 person was not my choice.

We visit Mont Tremblant every summer and always get take-out from Seb at least twice during the week, if not more! The food is seasonal and delicious. Unique dishes that never disappoint! Side note: we get take out b/c we have small children, though they said children are very welcome in the restaurant...they talked us into it, so our next... More

Description
For Chef Sébastien Houle, cuisine is an international adventure. Beyond trends and "what's new", it's a controlled science where creativity is drawn from experiences on every continent. If travels form youth, in sEb's case they created a high-flying chef who brought together flavours from all latitudes. A traveller to the ends of the world, sEb lived for years as a sea wolf travelling from port to port, an exile traversing the planet, shaping his own unique culinary vision. The result is a sublime mingling of flavours from Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and Australia which marry with and recreate a very specific Québec culture that pays considerable attention to the perfection of handcrafted products. Chef sEb reflects the nature of his contemporaries: thanks to his unfailing curiosity, he obtains his inspiration from the flavours of international markets, from local producers, from the international gastronomic elite and from traditional home cooking.
