My husband and I took my mother in law on a mini family vacation. We found this place by chance. We arrived at 11am for brunch on a Saturday morning. The place was packed but we were quickly given a table. Our waiter was amazing. He began speaking to us in french but when we said English he was very... More

We were 23 ladies getting together after 5 years. The restaurant was packed, loud, food was not great and one of the lady sitting beside me found a little rock in her wrap. She told our server who said it was impossible that it was coming from the restaurant. She was charged full price and no excuses from the server.... More

Wow I can deal with criticism no problem but having to deal with simple lies that I can't. I was personally there and I went to the table for the incident. The server, who by the way is also the owner was all over with excuses and so was I. It is false that the customer pais full price, in... More

I gave this a 3 because I've been there many times and it was ok. However, today, everything tasted like fish -toast and jam. toast and creton, egg that I dipped my toast in ! My friends said theirs did too. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she said that it was because the multigrain bread was made with... More

Really, bread cooked in fish oil?.. we are talking about Omega 3 used for wheat bread. We have been serving this bread for 15 years now. We serve more than 400 customers a day on week ends so we must do something wright. I'm really sorry if you did not like the bread, so I would invite you to try... More

I was delighted to try out this restaurant this morning, right by the water. What I loved the most is that the portions were not too big. The meals were very well priced for the size of the plates. The large windows allowed us to see the view of the frozen lake, and let in all this light in the... More

It is a quaint restaurant located with a lovely view of Lac Leamy. The grounds and location are superb and the food was pedestrian, and beer, overpriced. I think you are paying for the location more than the food quality.

If you have no idea on a program on a cold day on a winter weekend, st eloi is the place to go. You will have a rich brunch with a menu with so many options that it is easy to find your choice. The plates are huge so if you have kids they can share it. Afterwards, take couple... More

Went for a birthday dinner and found that it is greatly over priced for what it is. We waited well over an hour for our soup and two hours for the main course. The children, who did not take the soup and salad, were fed their meals two hours after ordering once the main course was served to all. Potatoes... More

I met at Le saint-eloi with friends for brunch on a Sunday. The place was packed! We waited quite a while but it was pleasant. All the servers were very nice and accommodated our broken French. The brunch selection was great and the food was very good. It's nice to know that you'll get a great selection and they don't... More

Nice location hidden from the street near Lac Leamy, this is a small, unpretentious and friendly restaurant that will not disappoint. Food is very good and staff are welcoming and efficient. The patio is very nice with a view on the lake.
