Really delighted with our meal and the wonderful dining experience we had last night. The owner made us feel like we were dining at her home. She was so courteous and friendly. The food was moan worthy. Great wine list too. We will Definately return.

This is an outstanding restaurant. With all the great options available in Montreal, it's even worth driving up from there to come here. It's everything fine dining should be: warm, welcoming environment ("chaleureux" as they say in French), carefully selected top quality, fresh ingredients, everything cooked to perfection, all meals delicious and well-balanced. The attention to detail is outstanding. Even... More

This is my first review, but one I felt compelled to write. We stumbled across this quaint little spot while searching for somewhere good to dine during a recent visit to Ste-Adele, Quebec. Gluten free, slow cooked food made with fine ingredients and delicious to the last bite is what we found. I had the squash soup, made with home-made... More

WOW! Outstanding! My wife and I had dinner at this restaurant for the first time last night and it won't be the last. It's a small place--24 seated-- 12 tables. The food is exceptional! I had foie gras au torchon with a glass of Sauterne as appetizer and goat shoulder and it's ratatouile with a bottle of Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru.... More

The overall experience was excellent. My husband thought his veal was excellent and I felt that the hen was great, but lacking a little flavour. The hen did not have any skin or fat, which I loved. This is a family run restaurant and the woman who served us knew a lot about each dish; where each meat was from,... More

The menu is simple but full of gems. The restaurant is cute. I have a very strict diet because of health problems. I follow the Seignalet Diet (Gluten free and dairy free in very brief) and I was able to eat there without worry. I licked my plate! Will definitely go again. It's pricey but totally worth it!

Quite expensive ; rushed service at the end but the food was worth it ; excellent entrees and very good main dish . Wine list is excellent but not accessible to all : majority of dishes are slow cooking cuisine and very tasty. Overall an excellent restaurant .

The menu remains short but with interesting items that you don't often see at other restaurants. All food is " slow cooked", at a low temperature and comes out tender and succulent. Fabulous appetizers and creative desserts round out gourmet meals.

This is a little hidden gem in Saint-Adele specializing in slow cooking. The name of the restaurant is a misnomer or perhaps delightfully ironic. Beef, lamb, pork braised beautifully. Total comfort food for these fall days and into the winter darkness. And the foie gras made in house is absolutely divine (can be purchased for take-away- which I will do... More

This is a place to discover ! Husband in the kitchen and wife at the tables, you will experience the slow cocking experience. Everything there is delicious. Small but warm atmosphere. You will find also a list of exportated wines. Better call for reservation
