The main attraction for this "famous" Trail Restaurant is the All you can eat Pasta special. It's not the healthiest, but it tastes good, and it will Fill you up. I also really like the Smoothies.

Usual family meal. Lots of food, but loud setting unless you book the meeting room. Good ribs on Thursday.

I love the chicken and spaghetti but I find it a bit greasy. There is lots to eat and the service is good. Really noisy when its busy though

This place gets BUSY! That said, they style their service and menu to accommodate large groups. My husband and I went before a Smoke Eaters Hockey Game. We were seated and it took a bit to be noticed. When we were, the server pointed out that this was not her section. As our meal progressed, we did meet the server... More

Hockey team has been here twice now. I do not like the food because it is so bland. The salad is way too vinegary. The spaghetti needs to be spicier. I had lasagna this time and it was not my finest meal by far.No taste at all. Others in my family fared no better. Yes, there is lots of food... More

We come through with our team every time we are in town. Great food, all you can eat pasta, the best sauce I've had anywhere. Staff is friendly, beautiful waitresses, and the manager was really helpful. He dropped everything he was doing to get me a cup of coffee! Now that's service!

We decided to try The Colander shortly after arriving in town and checking into our motel. There were not a lot of places open for lunch but The Colander was. It doesn't look like your typical Italian Restaurant. It's a very large open area with a lot of seating. My husband found it very strange and commented about it to... More

Best meatballs ever and the spaghetti can't be duplicated at home! Topping off the meal with roasted chicken and roasted potatoes is just delicious.

People come from all over for the spaghetti at the colander. Locals can bring in a pot and get it filled with spaghetti and sauce for a fraction of the price. Try it you will like it!!!

Our Bantam hockey team dined there for dinner on Saturday night. 49 of us in total. Food portions are served family style and more than most of us could eat. Real homestyle Italian & so delicious! We pre-ordered our meals, which was helpful, but a little chaotic with that many people. The only drawback was our huge party was assigned... More
