What a treat to have found this restaurant. The chicken parmigiana is wonderful and they offer freshly baked bread accompanied with a lovely olive antipasto. This restaurant is a superb find in Whitby.

This restaurant is ok and not sure why people would return. Average quality food, average menu and average service. Not saying it’s bad in any way, but not a place that I would return unless I had to. There are a few other restaurants in...More
Bell Notte staff bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. Our 96-year-old guest of honour does not like anything spicy. They made changes to their listed menu options to accommodate her needs. She also likes her vegetables extremely well cooked. When they did not meet...More
We found the servers and host hospitable, although our server did seem a little rushed at first. I think they may have been understaffed the Sunday evening that we went. Instead of our server welcoming us, asking us about our visit, the usual chit-chat one...More

I'm still swooning over how wonderful the squash ravioli was. The rose sauce included slices of sun-dried tomatoes, little packets of intensely flavoured goodness! It was divine! I attended a baby shower held at Bella Notte, the sort of experience where the food could be...More

Celebrating a birthday with friends at Bella Notte was a truly wonderful experience. Food was excellent, restaurant was clean and nicely renovated, wait staff was humorous and attentive, birthday girl was always asked/served first, and overall it was a night to remember.
