Best place ever. Great coffee and croissants for starters followed by sandwiches and pastries. But the handmade chocolates are beautiful to look at and taste amazing . North van location has secret drawers in back wall that has chocolate samplers in them.

Warning: The most delicious desserts reside at this location. It is super busy and finding parking can be a bit frustrating, but once you take the first bite of the desserts you will understand why. The best of the best! Definitely try the creme brûlée, you'll thank me after.

Thomas is the very best in West / North Vancouver, clean premises, outstanding food, friendly service. One complaint, the place is too small.

I've only ever been to Thomas Haas to pick up gorgeous birthday cakes that I've ordered online - they have always been a unique very special eye-catching delicious piece of art well roth the price! The cafe is always busy and full of life - a fun spot.

Visited the North Vancouver location with a friend on a weekday. Delicious chocolate and pastries. Not cheap. But worth it. Keep in mind the lineup is long so if you are in a rush don't visit during lunch. Also there is not much seating. But it is close to a park so on a nice day you can take your... More

I have been a loyal customer since Thomas and Lisa opened this location. For dinner parties, nothing is better or easier than buying the dessert from Thomas Haas. It never fails to dazzle visually, and it always tastes divine. And when I need to give someone a hostess gift, I always give something from Thomas Haas. You cannot go wrong... More

We dropped by for a late lunch. We had a panini sandwich made with tomato and goats cheese. It was delicious.

This place is in what used to be a rather upset you were part of North Vancouver – Harbourside, behind the North Shore auto mall. However, there are multiple businesses in that area now and a couple of private schools so this place is always busy. Try to avoid going during school at lunchtime or after school! We used to... Everything here is great, except the parking... the raspberry torte is great for the gluten free sweet-craver. I've never felt any ill effects - so I trust it! They make the best almond 'milk' mochas I've ever had...The lattes are great too - to balance out a sweet indulgence. The inside of the shop is like being in a chocolates... More

I always buy my chocolate for special occasions at Thomas Haas. His chocolate is wonderful in flavour and his designs are amazing. I loved the chocolate creation that looked like a flower in a flower pot. The flower was white chocolate in a choice of flower colour placed in a chocolate pot. The pot was filled with a selection of... More
