We loved this place on the first visit. We went for breakfast with our 6 year old son. There is plenty of choice on the menu with kid’s options.
The food is delicious, and the coffee is good. Our son loved the hotcakes.
What a delight to eat lunch in such a warm and welcoming Cafe. The Poke bowl and Haloumi salad were sensational. The staff were incredibly gracious when we smashed the water bottle! We would love to return.
Compared to previous trips we have made to Devonport the place was half empty including the eateries. Covid no doubt. So we had a choice of potential lunch spots and went for Corelli's at the top of the main street. We were more than happy...with the menu and the prices. Having an outside area was a plus and our server was friendly and cheery. Good offerings on the menu for the member of our party who was a vego.More
Friendly and good food BUT Our experience was that waiting staff needed to be doing more to guide clearly unaware patrons about how to observe Alert Level 2.5 guidelines. People were arriving to a locked door, but patrons - rather than staff - let them...in. People then found their own seating - often a dubious 1 metre apart - sometimes barely before the table had been vacated - and certainly before tables had been properly wiped down. Behind us, someone was coughing quite freely and loudly.
To be honest, it felt like a non-COVID time. I was relieved to leave - which was a lot sooner and more stressed than I would normally.More
Enjoyed our lunch here. Friendly people looking after us, good food and thought the coffee was good. Like many places, it got a a bit noisy which was a shame (because eating our with an elderly parent). I would like Trip Advisor to start rating...places on noise/acousticsMore
