A very nice cafe with views across the bay. If the weather is nice then the outside seating is a wonderful place to be.

My first visit to this cafe and I will certainly go again. It was a ideal spot to take my American friends. The cafe nestled under North Head with a lovely view across the harbour to the city. The food was very good and the service very pleasant. The added attraction is the Navy Museum on the same sight. We... More

We had a bus trip consisting of mature men and women from Pukekohe visiting this museum last October. We had morning tea at this café. Very nice. Special thanks to Xinnaa and her co workers for having a lovely morning tea ready for us when we arrived.

Were in Auckland for the school holidays. Stopped by to visit the Naval Museum and decided to grab a quick bite to eat afterwards. Prices were reasonable, staff were very friendly, and the food was great. Partner ordered a panini, daughter got a toasted sandwich and I ordered the chicken and bacon Filo. No complaints from any of us. In... More

Had really good brekkie here. French toast made with brioche really well egged not just the outside as so often is the case. Bananas and maple syrup. Yum. Nicely presented. And my partner had the mushrooms that he thought were superb. It's local for us so we will definitely be going again. It's awhile since we've been.

The milkshake's were great & large choice of flavours. Nice selection of pastries, but go for the view! Looking across the bay towards Auckland & beyond! Great place to visit!

I enjoyed crepes and fruit for a light lunch while enjoying the views of Auckland Harbor. They also have magazines that you can borrow while there. The cafe is only about 10 minutes walk from the Devonport Ferry terminial, along the shoreline. The interior is not fancy but overall very pleasant.

We enjoyed lunch here. There are a good amount of seats avaliable as well as a small carpark. The views across the water to down town Auckland are lovely. the service was quick and the food was very good. Would recommend the corn fritters and eggs benedict.

After visiting the Naval Museum it is a must to enjoy a coffee at the Torpedo Bay Cafe. Just order and order a capuccino with a slice of chocolate brownie and let your eyes watch the shore....

We dined here on our first morning in Devonport. We had Corn Fitters and the Mushrooms with a Cream Sauce on Ciabatta, very nice indeed. A flat white and espresso -total $41. The coffee was good and we returned the following week. It was Mother’s Day so very busy. Lots of children playing in the adjacent park. Very buzzy. The... More
