I was on a day outing in Sydney, wanted to get away from the city and Darling Harbour area, stopped by Cabramatta as a person with Vietnamese heritage, wanted to try some broken rice, which I did. I thought it was ok, a bit dry but acceptable. The egg tasted really good though. I would come back, maybe when it's... More

Given the limited number of open restaurants in the evening, a friend and I chose to dine here only to leave feeling absolutely cheated & ripped off. - The seafood hu tieu was abhorrent! This $14 plate was virtually empty - 2 prawns, a few miscellaneous pieces of unfresh seafood and a few slithers of rice noodles. Inexcusable, particularly for... More

Had lunch there and food was average. Had spring roll and chargrilled pork with vermicelli (bun nem + cha) which turned out to be less tasty than others that I have tried elsewhere. However the spring rolls were nice. Also had pork wrapped in betel leaf which was OK. Pho was OK but nothing outstanding. Pricing seems to be in... More

There are so many great Vietnamese restaurants in Cabramatta and when we saw the queue here we thought that this would be one of them. We were wrong. The food is average at best without the food exciting flavours. Don't bother if you are vegetarian - one stir fry available that could be at any Asian restaurant- very non descript.... More

The are better Vietnamese restaurant than this one. The broth in the pho is tasteless and bland. The basil and sprouts were old and wilted, (you never serve wilted basil and sprouts in Vietnamese restaurants. Don't go back.

I've been eating at this for the last three years. It never disappoints me. I've tried most of the food in their menu. I have my favourite. It's cheap and the food is top quality. I highly recommend this place.

Just had lunch there today. Huong Xua has moved to 54 John street for some time but the TripAdvisor still has the old address. My favorite dishes at Huong Xua are phở bò (beef) and spring rolls (chả giò). We had bún chả giò and lòng heo today, good food. Services were alright.

I go there quite often because it's one of the few restaurants that don't close too early. Unfortunately that comes at a cost, seen way too many roaches crawling and that always throws me off. The service is just average if not below average (rushing you to order your food ASAP when the kitchen is closing is quite understandable but... More

We travelled to Cabramatta to try some authentic Vietnamese food and there were a lot of restaurants. We spend $40 dollars and had so much food we had to bring takeaway containers home because we could not eat it all. The food is was good but the flavours could have been better and lacked depth. We had the pulled lemongrass... More

Came to Huong Xua for dinner on Saturday night. Loved all the pictures of the meals on the menu, it made my decision a lot easier considering this was my first time! The food was great and came out fast. The service was also great. Will return and recommend
