Thanks for your review. Glad you enjoyed your visit. The bats are just looking for a new home so let's hope they find one soon 🌝

Found this lovely little country town on TripAdvisor, very small little town on the river. People are friendly and a few little shops: art gallery, bookshop and a few others. We stopped for the scones and it was well worth it, the scones were beautiful...More

Stop in Clarence Hotel. Salt and Pepper squid and chilli prawns beautiful. Salad dressings light and tasty. For those with a sweet tongue plenty to choose from. Best kept secret. Backs onto garden setting on the river. Do yourself a favour and call in

What a find! This place is just off the highway and has a great outlook over the river. The brekkie was fastastic. Big serves and really flavoursome. Corn fritters and the avo smash were the big winners at our table. Coffee could be a bit...More

What could be better than a country breakfast, near the Clarence river, with good sized proportions and great coffee? Answer: quick service too 😊 The views from everywhere in the cafe were the same - overlooking lush greenery and the wide river. The piped music...More

Description
Opening Hours Breakfast and Lunch 8.30am - 2.30 pm (7days) Dinner 6.00pm - 8.30pm Tues- Sat Outstanding Coffee This is a delightful cafe/restaurant that provides excellent low priced meals in a setting on the banks of the Clarence River. It is right beside the Pacific Highway and is an excellent break point for those driving the Sydney-Brisbane highway. We have eaten there twice in the past week and were most impressed. We think it should be better known, especially as the service is especially friendly.
