Came here after climbing the mount - was a nice little cafe!!! Just a shame as they bought out all the drinks and then 5 minutes later bought out the last one. Good views and the clean bakery goods looked yum!

Highly recommend this cafe if you enjoy a good iced coffee (without cream). I've had several here plus hot coffees and both are always reliably excellent.

Only in the Mt for 2 days traveling up country; Worked in hospo for over 10 years - so I feel like I can get away with saying this place has THE BEST savory scones in the country! Reasonably priced too! Beautiful atmosphere, stupidly good coffee!! We had to come back on our second day here just because it was... More

Last time we came and stayed was 5 years ago we visited so was so happy to see this place still alive and pumping. We have almond dream smoothies and their Devine banana bread!

Four friends met at Sidetrack for a coffee today. My partner had the muesli which was well presented and tasted great. I ordered the fruit salad. What arrived was a bowl of diced apple and pineapple with a morsel of kiwifruit- two tiny pieces. That was it. No other fruit so hardly a salad. At $12 this was exceptionally poor... More

Asked a local in the street for directions and she recommended this cafe. Staff were friendly and the place looked promising. They boasted they had the best muffins in the town and they did look good. Our order was 3 coffees, a lemon tart and a muffin. The tart was average, the muffin had a hair in it and the... More

Excellent coffee, friendly staff and a tasty changing menu. Close to Surf Life Saving Club and the famous Mount Hotwater Salt Baths.

Great location but the place is well over due for a good clean , re paint, re upholstery. Come on guys spend some money on the place and get someone to put some style into it. It's also reflected in your staff attitude manning the tables.

Thank Rhys A
