Friendly staff and good value. Lunches and afternoon tea . Small local gem can be busy at times but worth the effort

The gallery tearoom was highly recommended by a friend and they were so right. The food was great well presented and delicious. Sandra served us and she was very friendly and helpful. I can't praise them enough and will definitely be going back there.
Dropped in after a long drive - so needed a coffee and some food. They cooked first class english breakfast for me at less than £5 and I also had a folder coffee with cream which was perfectly agreeable. Will definitely drop in again when passing. Highly recommended for what it is.
If you are looking for traditional home made food in an outstanding country location you can't go past this gem in the heart of the Sussex Downs countryside. The pies are packed with proper ingredients, huge chunks of meat, full of flavour and encased in real pastry. Generous sizes of everything. Cosy and inviting with friendly owners.

Today we were sat having that same amazing breakfast and realised how many meals we have enjoyed... More
We had a very nice meal here. The food was beautifully cooked and well presented. Could not fault it! Best to book as not that many tables and most were taken when we were there. Staff were friendly and service was good. Would recommend if you like quality food at reasonable prices - you won't be disappointed!
If we lived in Singleton we would not bother with a kitchen! Three generations now regularly visit. Nothing fancy just good home cooked food delivered with a smile. From the fantastic breakfast to steak pie followed by crumble and custard,if you can fit it in, you will not be disappointed. Who cares about the paper napkins, wobbly chairs and a... More
A nice tea room, not excellent but very pleasant. Lovely setting in Singleton. The staff, warm and friendly. Cakes were limited but what was available, were tasty. Nice lunches available, coffee could be better.
