The Partridge Inn is set within the picturesque Goodwood Estate in the South Downs village of Singleton near the Cathedral City of Chichester, West Sussex. The building dates back to the 16th century when it would have been owned by the rich and powerful Fitzalan Earls of Arundel. Today the Partridge Inn is transformed into a warm local pub with great character at its heart. Expect a friendly welcome from your new hosts Sarah and Mark, a relaxed atmosphere and great food.

Came here for my birthday in November after being recommended by friends. Revisited this week.
Food on both occasions was lovely and the welcome from staff was great.
It’s even dog friendly!!!
Well worth a visit!

Had a lovely two course meal on this Saturday evening. Had beef and my friend had bream. Both came out perfect.
Beef fell apart when you touched it and the bream had a lovely sauce with muscles.
Also had creme brule and ginger sponge.

Strikingly the right balance between a traditional and modern decor. Great atmosphere, open fires, friendly staff and excellent food. Very attentive service.
I found this hideaway via Britstops and could park the Motorhome very easily in the car park.
