We dined on a selection of starters (6 in all), none of which were overtly gluten containing even if some were accompanied by bread. Main course dishes were fish or meat and if they had gluten containing side dishes, don't eat them, or ask for a gluten free alternative (eg rice, salad etc).
If you have coeliac disease then you would have to check that all the ingredients (eg soy sauce ) are gluten free (unlikely). I know of no restaurants that are gluten free suitable for coeliac sufferers though some will have gluten free bread and/or pasta etc. Unless you go to a pizza/pasta joint there will always be dishes that would suit gluten "avoiders", a categorisation I expect that applies to you
