Amazing food, all very tasty and most dishes on the menu are suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliac's. Staff are very friendly and helpful when choosing dishes for the fist time. Definitely will. E back again. They even have a takeaway menu.

I have been to this restaurant a few years ago as a friend who is vegetarian suggested that they had a good range of vegetarian dishes. I thought the food was fine but nothing exceptional and the service needs considerable improvement.

This place is the best in adelaide! The food, ambience and service is 5 star and it's amazing value for money. We went there twice during our 1 week stay in adelaide and both times we were welcomed warmly and the second time, they remembered what we wanted as well - something that restaurants these days have stopped doing. We came with another family to celebrate my birthday. We opted for the banquet and the kids went for butter chicken. The food was delicious & the service was prompt and friendly. My daughter is a coeliac and we were pleased to see all of the main courses were gluten free! Thank you for having us!

I have had several excellent meals at the Taste of Nepal. The Nepalese curries are milder than Indian and the flavours seem more sophisticated. The goat curry is a revelation: meat very tender and well flavoured. It is an unpretentious restaurant, decor is traditional showcasing Nepalese art. It has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and fabulous service.

It was our first visit and we loved it! Definitely will come back! I loved the Clay oven vegetables and my partner enjoyed very much the Daal Bhat Tarkari. He has just came back from Nepal and found the staff so friendly that he could talk about his experience.

Hi! lorenap124, Thank you for visiting us and providing good response towards our food and hospitality. Sometimes we find a bit challengeable in response to Authenticity of the dishes but since he has just back from Nepal and loved everything means we are quite happy. We love this place and eat here or get take away about once a fortnight. The staff are lovely and friendly, the food very tasty and always fresh. We normally pick 2 dishes (eggplant curry and fish curry) with rice and garlic roti. Value for money is good, and the fish has a freshness about it, unlike in some places.... More

Great options for vegetarian, gluten/dairy/nut free - perfect for friends ad family, while my husband loves the wonderfully spiced Khasiko Masu with goat. Meals are large and satisfying - almost didn't have room for the beautiful dessert.

Description
We are a very fussy bunch at Taste of Nepal. We like things done the right way. We grind our own spices to ensure they are fresh all the time. The pre-ground spices from the stores oxidize and lose their flavors much quicker than whole spices. Therefore, fresh and freshly ground toasted spices add much more flavour to your dishes.

No hidden anything, just fresh food full of individual flavours without the overpowering influence of chili. We know that good food is the fuel for mind, and spirit, as well as the body.

Gluten-free | Vegan | Vegetarian | Lactose-free | Nut-fee? We've got it all.

Led by head Chef Kashi Ram Poudel who introduced Nepali Cuisine to South Australians for the very first time. He invites you to indulge in the fantastic and varied flavours of traditional Nepalese cuisine on The Parade at Kensington. Dine indoors or alfresco in this fully licensed restaurant, while you enjoy the welcoming service, as well as the wonderful artwork, transporting you back to the time of the ancients! Come and enjoy the amazing choice of dishes on offer, with a comprehensive wine list to suit all tastes.
