Great food, but the room lacked a bit of atmosphere. Lots of big Italian families eating there. Made us feel very welcome. Fantastic pasta. Tuscan starters were very generous only order for half the number of people eating. Do try the fried porchini instead of ordering potatoes with your meat. Lots of beef and veal on the menu.

We had an excellent lunch overlooking the Tuscan hills. The food was typical, no surprises on the menu, but well executed, and the service was professional if somewhat less than friendly.

The pasta here is great and we also recommend you order the mix antipasti platter. The deserts are also delicious! Everything was also reasonable priced!

It may have a limited range of food on the menu but it is always well cooked with great meat and the usual Tuscan starters of crostini, truffles and porcini.

We visited this restaurant last year and loved it and visited again this year. The staff are great and the food amazing. The starters of fried bread dough and meats was perfect, the main course of veal thinly sliced equally as good, the house wine fab. Sunday lunch also great with 12 courses amazing you must go

having seen the reviews we knew we had to try this restaurant. We turned up for lunch on our first day and they were closed, the exterior did put us off and it did feel like a utilitarian hall in a suburban football/playground park. However we did return on our lat night and had a wonderful meal. The staff were... More

From the starters ciaccia fritta (fried bread dough) with a selection of cold meats, to the bruschetta to the salad with the truffles, it has been an uninterrupted surprise, meal after meal. Ravioli filled with mince and a sauce of Cream and grated truffles, followed by a tagliata, superb, cooked to perfection, quite rare in the middle and a lovely... More

Amazing food, amazing service. Alfredo and his sister have made this place special. My husband and I came and dined at this restaurant every single night of our stay in Caprese. Wonderful food, wine at an incredible price. Well done. Bravi. Buonissimo. Torneremo presto. Grazie Alfredo. Ciao dal Canada

We had a nice meal with other families on Sunday afternoon after viewing the amazing Verna. It's not in the main hill town, but off a side road. The building is a little 60s in style, but also reminded us of the old time trattorias and sitting outside turned out to be quite lovely. Several prices were extremely reasonable, including... More
