We missed the place because we go there at nite for dinner. It is located at the main road. The food is great, worth the price. They cook it right after your order that's why it takes time of waiting, but it was worth our time.

Nice food. As many other already wrote, we had to wait some time, but the girl that was managing the restaurant area was running all time ... Food is local and is very good. It is not expensive. The place is comfortable and there are cold beers. We enjoyed it both nights at dinner.

My wife and I ate here three times during our stay and santi produced wonderful food every night. Eric and Santi were charming hosts despite me giving them a terrible review three years earlier. At that time I assume Eric was trying to do everything and food took several hours! This time, each night the food arrived in half an... More

I ordered rica2 shrimp and tuna sambal bali. It was delicious worth the wait 30 minutes. Although the place is like a dead restaurant, quite and no music.

Average food, expensive for Indonesian standards and poor customer service. When asked waitress if fish was fresh she laughed so didn't know what to expect but tried anyway due to good reviews. It arrived in a well presented plate but taste was way too savoury, portion small and the same for the squid. Well presented food but there is where... More

They serve great food just make sure you wait patiently. Ask for a grilled fish, they will give you the freshest fish they have and you can even ask them the best way to cook it. try it you will love em

Try the whole menu! All meals come with fresh ingredients and spices. By far the best restaurant of the ones we tried in Bira. Owner Eric can also help you with accommodation, trips and transport.

Best restaurant in Bira! Very nice owner and she speaks english. In many other places we had problem making the order beacuse they don't speak english. I took a tuna steak and it was delicious! They also make nice smoothies from fresh fruits. We went there around 4pm and were the only customers. It took only half an hour to... More

Great. Chicken dishes - curry and fried. The only problem is food can take a long time. Best to go when it's near/ empty otherwise you will have a long wait.

None of the food in Bira is great but Salassa is reliable. The fish rica rica is great has a nice spice to it and they use fresh fish. I'd stay away from the ice cubes though I think I got a bit ill from them. Good place to visit for a cheap cheerful meal
