A hidden place but when found, it's like finding a treasure! Their Bifes are tender (love the bife com natas e cogumelos!!) accompanied with rice and vegetables. We come here often with family from overseas, they love it!

Their food is amazingly tasty witb portions properly sized for food lovers. Their staff is very friendly and that is the best complement for a perfect event. The place is very spacious so there is no waiting time and room for big parties. They make...traditional Portuguese food like your mama would do with love that you can taste. If you want a good "Francesinha" near Lisbon there is the place to go. Their barbecues are to die for. It can look bit far from Lisbon but is well placed and easy to get there and is definitely worth it. Apart from the a la carte menu they also offer a perfectly budgeted set menu on the first floor. If you love Portuguese food you must include this place on your visit to Portugal.More

When I want to celebrate, we go to Sabores do Norte. The food is always good -- can't name a plate I don't like, but my favorite is bacalhau com broa. No one makes it like Sabores! It's worth the trip to eat in this...restaurant. The staff are attentive but not intrusive, the food is fresh and the prices are reasonable. The quantities are huge. We often share a plate. We were there recently with a large group - 28 people. Service was top notch and they didn't complain that we stayed after closing hours.More
