Went here last week for the first time for one of the restuarants 10 course tasting nights and it was one of the most amazing meals i have ever had! The food was absolutley incredible - each course stood out in its own way and you can really get the feel it is a family run restuarant with Kate and... More

Have eaten in here a few times and find it one of the nicest cafe's I've ever been to. All the food is very fresh and tasty. You can buy amazing brown bread among other things to take away. The staff are very friendly and service is very quick. Would definitely recommend this coffee shop.

I'm surprised by the good reviews here. Ate lunch here. The photos are not absolutely not representative of the lunch food! Overall I wouldn't return. Pros: Very friendly, helpful staff Quick service Popular with locals, very busy Cons: Greasy, unhealthy food Basic menu, menu lacks anything interesting Focaccia was not focaccia - was thin, greasy bread, covered with melted cheese.... Had lunch here. My wife wasn't hungry so she just had mushroom soup as did I. It had the consistency of water and much the same taste. I had chicken vol au vent with salad and chips. The salad came with no dressing and a handful of chips. The chicken vol au vent was in a bland white sauce. It... More

Went in here today for a late lunch. The decor is nice and attractive which enticed me in. Beautiful cakes and salad on display when you come through the door. Placed seemed busy enough. I ordered the quiche which I was told comes with wedges and salad. I was dispappointed with the salad when it arrived, very basic, lettuce, cherry... More

We stopped here on our way back from West Cork and must say that whilst the place was busy, we were disappointed with the food. We had open sandwiches but the bread was far too dry. The coffee was was great either. Whilst waiting to be served we were asked by 3 waitresses bearing hot food, if this was for... More

On the road from dingle to Dublin needed a break so we chose this place. Wife had potato leek bacon soup + soda bread. I had Pear almond pie & cream. A nice friendly place with great salads and yummy pies. A good choice

I eat here a lot, especially breakfast, the mini is just right and I love the home made hash browns. Breakfast is very reasonable in my opinion as tea and coffee are included in the price with free refills. The mushroom soup is another of my favourites. I haven't had lunch in awhile but last time I did I felt... More
