We had Chicken Bulgogi Kimbap, Chicken Tteobokki, Barbeque Pork spare ribs, - Korean and Thupka with Tingmo Ladhaki. The quantity is very good. Two people can share on Thupka with one Tingmo each. That in itself is a fairly filling meal. The Tingmo were very...soft and steaming. Chicken Bulgogi Kimbap and Pork spare ribs were also very good and strongly recommended. Do not confuse Kimbap with Sushi just by the looks. Sushi has raw fish while Kimbap / Gimbap have other meats, fully cooked. The Tteobokki was not up to the mark. The rice cakes were a bit too sticky to the teeth. The rice cakes are normally a bit 'tough' but these were sticky as well. Despite that, if you are open to trying different cuisines, do try this dish. Ask for the Gochujang - chilly paste version. There are many different flavors of Tteobokki sauce. I will go back to Kalsang very soon. There are a lot many dishes I would like to try and will take friends who can try those which I have already tasted.More
