This was our second stay at the hotel to visit friends in nearby Bourgoin. Once again we were in two very comfortable interconnecting rooms in the converted annexe building. Breakfast every morning was great with a wonderful selection of pastries, cereals, meat and cheese. On our last evening, my husband and I dined in the Michelin starred restaurant with two... More
It was our 1st visit to this restaurant. Food tasty, expertly prepared by the Chef. Original dishes with original taste. THE CHEF is available and kind enough to greet all customers. Beside the broken toilet bowl, everything was fine. To be highly recommended.
Very nice property and outdoor area, though we did not et to enjoy due to the cold weather. Very unique high end experience since we did not know what we would be eating. Service was outstanding too
We stayed here in June 2015 for one night whilst on a road trip to buy cars, so we were just looking for a reasonably comfortable place to stay with good food and a pool. We were met with pleasant service and a stylishly simple room in the 'barn' annex. We were disappointed that we did not have more plastic... More
Dear Ms dear M. Thank you so much for your encouragement, we were very pleased to welcome you Eric Jambon Chef More
"Domaine des Sequoias", One Michelin Star, a 19th-century manor where Chef Eric JAMBON prepares a modern yet rooted gastronomic experience. This suprising kitchen is playing with cooking times and textures, creating new experience, exploring our boundaries. Chef Eric JAMBON, who worked with Monsieur Paul BOCUSE in "L' Auberge du Pont de Collonges", comes in a peculiar way (but not so... More

Rather idiotic one would think, and we chose whatever it was he offered. We finally gave up and told them just to bring us food. It was a totally weird situation and... More
Mr. We write on our restaurant menu that all menus are available for all guests at the same table. Despite this, you asked the waiter to take at you table some menus with 16 dishes and some with 3 dishes, it is clear that the people who asked for the menus with 3 dishes will have to wait a long... I booked a room at the hotel for my children and me for this past Friday night. The hotel called me to ask if we would like to reserve a table at the restaurant for dinner. I was a bit skeptical about this approach but agreed, and I am very glad I did. My two children and I were warmly... More
We had lunch and breakfast. We chose the fixed lunch that was simple and excellent. It started with a nice little fresh salad along with a delicious fresh escargot and mushroom pastry. One of the best I have ever had in my 52 years on planet earth. Eric the owner and chef said he prepares it fresh with local fresh... More
