This was a nice little restaurant hidden in the village of Pari. One thing to note is that there is limited English and no written menu. Nice simple no thrills Tuscan meal and cheap. They do not speak English but you can generally communicate, lots of vocals so must be good!

This wonderful little restaurant is like eating in a Italian's family's home. Excellent food, great value, all of the recipes are local. Excellent choice of restaurant if you are in the area.

Really enjoyed our meal here. We were staying in a local hotel with pretty average food so thought looking at the reviews we would give this a try. We definitely weren't disappointed. The gnocchi was amazing, would love to go back and try it again! We had a T-bone steak to share for main which was seasoned and cooked to... More

Saw this restaurant on TripAdvisor and went there as our hotel's food was nothing special Had a lovely meal, charming dining room - to cool to sit out and thoroughly enjoyed the meal Make sure you see the views at the back of the restaurant from the road as well, stunning Tuscan scenery - set us up for our meal

It's like going to visit grandparents who live in the countryside. Very familiar, very old fashioned, excellent food, a rare experience. We hade homemade tortelli with ricotta and spinach filling in ragù sauce, fried lamb with fried zucchini. and as dessert la pinolata, a creamy cake with pine nuts - this too reminded me of my childhood....and the village of... For primo the speciality of the house is La Goriola, a dish made with peppers, mascapone and served with penne. It is said to have originated, or been invented in the village of Pari. For secondo one of Ciro's steaks that are cooked on the fireplace in front of us, along with a dish of zuccini and zuccini flowers fried... More

A friend took us to Pari and when we saw this little house that was also a restaurant, we asked him about it. He lives in the area and told us this is one of the best places to eat in the region. We were sure we could get in, but they made room for us. Yes, it is someone's... More
