Our family went to Mr. Rizo's for my wife's birthday. The food was excellent, cooked to perfection and full of flavour. Service was well paced and serving staff were attentive and entertaining. It is a smaller, quaint restaurant so reservations are a good idea. Exceptional...More

Don't judge by the outside! Mr Rizo's is in a dive motel on a busy street. The decor is not the nicest and could use an update, however... The food is AMAZING. I've eaten there at least 5 times and every time it is so...More

This was our first time to Mr rizos and we weren't disappointed! Food was excellent all around and dessert was to die for! The restaurant is small so service is great.

Not a fancy place and does not seat many customers but the food is fantastic. I would drive many miles to eat at this restaurant.

Don't Judge a book by it's cover. If the cliche fits.... Make no mistake, there is nothing trendy about the decor or the atmosphere. And that is one of the great things about Mr Rizo's that draws locals back time and again. Service is delivered...More

I was told by others that this restaurant was in a sleazy area but the food was excellent, well the location is sleazy part of a very run down motel and the dinning room dated, tied, dark and in need of a good spring clean....More

I haven't been to Mr. Rizos in about 18 years. And after our meal there this weekend I am questioning why on earth I would have waited that long to come back. I agree it isn't in the best part of town. But aside from...More

Mr. Rizos provides visitors with an opportunity to eat some of the best food in Saskatoon in an environment better left to a forgotten past. The contrast of excellent cuisine served in what really should be a sleazy hotel bar is at once confusing and...More
